design, build, and scale internal systems that support our operations and continued growth.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in Django and Python
to support the development of internal platforms and tools.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and enjoys building systems from the ground up. This is an individual contributor
role with strong potential for growth as the division expands.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain web applications using Django (Python)
● Build front-end functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
● Design and support internal dashboards, tools, and workflows
● Translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
● Ensure applications are secure, efficient, and scalable
● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
● Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams
Required Qualifications
● Minimum 3+ years of full stack development experience
● Strong proficiency in:
○ Python & Django
○ JavaScript
○ HTML & CSS
○ HTMX & Alpine. JS
● Experience building and maintaining web applications end-to-end
● Ability to work independently and execute in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred, or
equivalent hands-on experience. Candidates with strong portfolios or demonstrated experience
building scalable web applications are highly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)
● Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment
● Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards
● Understanding of:
○ Secure data handling
○ User access controls
○ Basic encryption practices
● Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or operational systems
