If you have a passion for customer interaction and enjoy motivating others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Shift Manager Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.- Manage and motivate crew members, fostering a positive work environment.- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.- Engage with customers, enhancing their experience.- Assist in scheduling, training, and performance management of the crew.Shift Manager Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.- Ability to lead and motivate a team.- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.Track Operator Responsibilities:- Communicate with guest using voice, signs and flags.- Motivate guest, fostering a positive race experience.- Ensure safety of customers- Keep karts charged.- Assigning karts and assisting guests.Track Operator Requirements:- 18 years of age.- Nights and weekends.- Ability to run, jump push and lift 150lbs.- BIG SMILE.
