Job Description Warehouse AssociateEagle Systems Inc., a 34 year old distributor of office equipment seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to carry out daily activities of our shipping, receiving, supply distribution and parts operations.Candidates will have shown accountability, organization, accuracy, effective communication and the ability to meet daily deadlines in previous positions.Desired Attributes Include:Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Effective verbal communication and listening skills.Capacity to reason logically and apply common sense.Ability to follow instruction and direction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure completeness, integrity and accuracy of shipped orders.Examine incoming shipments and address any and all quality issues.Unpack received goods and restock warehouse shelves.Perform physical inventory counts.Prepare outgoing UPS shipments.Ensure shipping area is organized and clean.Job Requirements:Stable work history.High School Diploma or G.E.D.Computer literacy.Knowledge of the WNY area.Desired Experience:Warehouse experience preferred or experience in a position where similar skills, abilities and attributes are demonstrable.Held a position of responsibility that was accountable for shift, departmental, business or store performance.Familiarity with UPS procedures.$18.50 per hour starting wage.
