Director, Analytics
For our client, we are seeking a Director, Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.This leader will shape the analytics strategy behind high-visibility healthcare engagements, with a strong emphasis on medical economics, value-based care, and decision support. The role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and senior business stakeholders to turn complex data into scalable frameworks, actionable insights, and measurable operational impact. This is a highly visible opportunity for an analytics leader who can combine technical depth, executive presence, and team development to elevate analytic quality across the organization.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annuallyResponsibilities Define and lead analytic strategy for high-visibility healthcare engagements Architect advanced analytic frameworks for medical economics and value-based care Serve as the senior escalation point for methodological questions in DBT and Amazon Quicksight Drive alignment between cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering Ensure technical excellence and establish quality standards for analytic deliverables Identify opportunities for automation and analytic innovation Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives Mentor and develop a diverse team of analysts to elevate analytic capabilitiesQualifications 8–10+ years of healthcare analytics experience, especially in medical economics or risk and dashboarding Proficient in advanced SQL, including complex query optimization for large datasets Experience with dashboarding; Quicksight experience preferred, with Tableau or Power BI also acceptable Skilled in designing analytic methodologies and scalable frameworks Proven ability to influence senior and executive leadership Experience leading complex analytic initiatives and teams that impact business decisions Strong skills in data storytelling and executive communication Experience mentoring senior analytic talentBenefits Join a mission-driven company transforming patient care in the healthcare industry Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly work environment with a culture focused on personality and heart Participate in employee-led initiatives for personal and professional growth Become part of a diverse, energized, purpose-driven communityOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
