This role will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client consultations to contract execution and event follow-through. The manager will collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality events that align with the museum's brand and client expectations while maximizing profitability.Experience:3-5+ years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event managementProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targetsExperience managing client relationships and executing high-volume or high-profile eventsProficiency with sales and event management systems (e.g., Delphi, Tripleseat, or similar CRM tools)Experience developing proposals, contracts, and pricing structuresKnowledge of food and beverage operations, including banquet and catering servicesBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)3-5+ years of experience in catering sales, event sales, or hospitality managementExperience using sales and event management software (e.g., Delphi, Tripleseat, or similar CRM systems)Strong knowledge of catering operations, banquet service, and food and beverage standardsAbility to develop proposals, contracts, and pricing packages for eventsExperience managing multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management practicesFamiliarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in food service operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Curious about Life at Levy?
