RN - MedSurg/Tele

Med/Surg Telemetry RN - Night Shift This is a 13-week contract position. 4x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a patient ratio of 1:6-1:7. Every other weekend required. We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a short-term acute care setting. The candidate will be responsible for managing both medical and surgical patients, monitoring telemetry readings, and responding to changes in patient conditions. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with facility policies. Monitor and interpret telemetry data, managing patients with dysrhythmias as needed. Administer medications and perform medical/surgical procedures as ordered. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required. Telemetry experience with in-depth understanding of dysrhythmias preferred. Active RN license in South Carolina or a compact RN license. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Travel nurse experience is mandatory; first-timers will not be accepted. Why ARMStaffing?
