Customer Service Representative

F.A. Peabody Company is seeking a qualified candidate for a customer service position in our Lincoln Office. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Skills This position will require the candidate to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, have a high degree of organization skills with a concentration on written communication, possess effective oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail. Education The successful candidate must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or the equivalency. Prior experience is not required; but any previous experience is a plus! The F.A. Peabody Company will provide any additional education or training needed for this position. Licensing The successful candidate must be able to obtain a State of Maine Property & Casualty License.
