Competitive base salary up to $250k (DOE) + performance bonuses 10% origination bonus plus production bonus starting at $20k for the first 100 hours over the annual billable minimum, increasing by $5k for every additional 50 hours Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Matching 401(k) Generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays Hybrid remote — 2 days onsite Job Details Handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients across all phases Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation Counsel employers on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and employment-related documents Manage employment matters from initial assessment through resolution Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives Looking For: FL Bar admission Recent labor and employment experience Strong background in employment litigation and employer-side counseling You should know some of the following: Employment Litigation Employer-Side Counseling Labor Law / Traditional Labor Wage & Hour Class Action Defense Workplace Compliance & Risk Interested in hearing more?
