Solution Architect

Overview As a Solution Architect you serve as the technical bridge between Akoya’s network and customer implementations, guiding pre-sales through go-live and post-launch support. You combine deep API and security know-how with clear communication to build trusted customer relationships. You will demonstrate the product, scope integrations, configure authentication and SSO, and troubleshoot API issues. This role offers impact across onboarding, deployment, and ongoing technical advocacy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
