Bike Sales Associate

In addition to working with the top brands in the industry, you'll have access to special vendor deals and exclusive employee-only discounts!Key ResponsibilitiesProvides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous serviceFamiliarize yourself with merchandise to provide quick and accurate product informationRegisters sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers' purchasesResolves customer issues and answers questionsCollects payments by accepting cash, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customersBalances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shiftProvides pricing information by answering questionsMaintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changesMaintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related responsibilities as neededQualificationsRequired Avid cyclist and familiarity with the industryComfortable approaching customers and initiating conversationStrong attention to detailWell-developed organizational skillsAble to effectively work with a teamMaintain cleanliness and safety of the sales floorEffective communication skillsProvide quick and accurate information regarding products and sales/pricesWork with a sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitudeMust be able to lift 50 lbsHelpful Prior bike sales experienceRetail experienceCustomer service experienceJob on locationFull-Time or Part-TimeWhat is the schedule for this job?Full-Time or Part-Time Monday to Saturday.
