Our team-oriented, customer-focused corporate culture prioritizes building strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships with customers and our team members.Job DescriptionThis entry level role will perform the inspection process, ensuring that the product is inspected to established specifications before placing it into useable stock.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections of materials, components, sub-assemblies and finished devices at all phases of manufacturing per released specifications.Identify the product, including the inspection and test status.Read and understand specifications and part drawings.Utilize and maintain hand tools, calibrated instruments, measuring equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.Maintain controlled environment integrity by using proper attire and adherence to control room environment practices and procedures.Assist in processing non-conforming material throughout the manufacturing process.RequirementsEducation / CertificationsHigh School Diploma/GEDEquivalent ExperienceJob RequirementsInspection line experience a plusExperience in manufacturing/quality a plusExperience working within the medical device environment a plusBasic Math SkillsLegible handwritingAttention to detailCan read a printCritical thinking skillsAdvanced Math skillsMinimal errors with paperworkExcellent attention to detailFull knowledge of building/area of product/equipmentBasic computer skillsWorks independently
