Position Description: The Lifestyle Coordinator will report to the General Manager. This position is located at a lifestyle-focused, Active Adult community with resort-like amenities that include a Lodge and surrounding outdoor recreation area that include fitness center, ballroom, library, game room, theater, pickleball courts, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, bocce ball court, shuffleboard court, botanical garden and landscaped grounds. This position is responsible for all community programming and club coordination, including but not limited to implementing programs and attending events, participating on committees, and assisting the General Manager in various functions. Lifestyle Functions: Plans/ organize/executes and manages activities, events, wellness programs and excursions Prepares monthly newsletter ,flyers, calendars, and community communication Tracks New Homeowner Onboarding and Coordinates/ Facilitates New Resident Orientations Enforce all rules and regulations and policies of the facility as established by the Board of Directors Liaison to the Social Committee and Newsletter Committee. Assists residents with management related issues as needed Administrative Support: Screens all Administrative phone calls Updates website, flyers, and marketing materials Maintains facility documents including, but not limited to reservations, club applications, income and expense reports for events, excursions, etc. Obtains supplies for community events, as needed. Reports feedback and issues to the General Manager. Assists with office purchasing and other need items Assists General Manager as necessary Additional duties and functions may be assigned as needed. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma required 2+ year(s) of recreation, event management, or related field experience Homeowner Association experience preferred Outgoing personality with a creative mind to bring new and exciting programming to the community Ability to interact professionally with residents and staff Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms including Outlook Knowledge of Electronic/Mobile Devices/Internet/Media Services Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form Must be able to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs. in weight Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and occasionally holidays.
