This team owns the development and business change software including Planview PPM, Jira Cloud/Jira Service Management, Rally, and Momentum. The team is looking for Senior Jira Admin/Architect with experience administering and developing solutions related to Jira Cloud. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst of IT Enterprise Transformation, you will work with the Transformation Office business and Agile practice team to define standardized Jira usage models to support our Scaled Agile process. In this role the Admin/Architect will provide the application owner and IT Transformation Office with recommendations on how to use/configure Jira and design/define reporting requirements and integrations as required. You will work closely with the DevOps production support team to support the application and migration of Rally projects to Jira.ResponsibilitiesSupport Agile Practice team in designing migration plan from Rally to JiraSupport Transformation Office in designing and supporting Planview to Jira integration through Planview HubSupport integration with Jira Software and Jira Service Management via API and marketplace add-onsAutomating manual platform management processes through scripting or programmingCoordinating enterprise-wide outreach and reporting efforts as part of platform governance responsibilitiesEvaluate the use and integration of third-party add-onsDevelop training and documentation materialsQualificationsRequired:5+ years’ experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (specifically Jira Cloud, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation)Experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunnerDemonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project managementAbility to troubleshoot and analyze complex issues to provide comprehensive solutionsAble to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysisCan work independently with minimal guidance & oversightExperience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem managementPreferred:Experience automating manual tasksExperience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello)Experience with identity management, SSO, and license managementExperience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via APIExperience with large platform migration effortsFINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for full time remote work.Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status).Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeContractJob functionJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesInvestment ManagementReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at T.
