Lead ERP Software Developer

Overview As Lead Software Developer, you will architect and deliver scalable Infor LN solutions that drive manufacturing and operational excellence. You will act as the technical expert for Infor LN, translating requirements into robust customizations, extensions, and integrations. You’ll shape data models and cross-system interfaces while maintaining governance and high code quality. You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable end-to-end, automated, and maintainable solutions. This onsite role supports a mission-driven, people-first culture across Orlando or Ogden. ResponsibilitiesLead design, development, and deployment of Infor LN solutions aligned with architecture standards and business goalsServe as primary technical expert for Infor LN, delivering robust customizations and integrationsDefine and optimize data models, workflows, and system interfaces across enterprise platformsGuide development standards, governance, and code quality through reviews and oversightTroubleshoot complex system and integration issues to minimize business disruptionCollaborate with functional teams to ensure technical soundness and process alignmentMentor developers and foster a high-performing engineering cultureContribute to roadmaps, backlog planning, and documentation of designs and configurationsPromote automation, DevOps practices, and scalable development across the platformCommunicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and stay current with new tools and certifications Key requirementsBachelor degree with 5+ years of software development experience3+ years hands-on ERP Infor LN development, preferably in Aerospace/DefenseProficiency with Infor LN development tools, customizations, extensions, and integrationsExperience with APIs, middleware, data integration patterns, and interoperabilityStrong data modeling, database design, and complex issue resolutionERP implementation experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Order ManagementExperience leading or mentoring developers; familiarity with DevOps, version control, and CI/CDProduction environment experience supporting and enhancing ERP systemsEffective communication and technical leadership skillseffective communicationcollaborationtechnical leadershipInfor LN development toolscustomizations and extensions for Infor LNintegrations and APIs
