Technology TrainerWe are looking for a technology trainer who is skilled in job-related training. Our goal is to find someone who can easily pick up on technology tools or applications, and then show others how to use it. You will be interacting with different groups of people every day and mentor them on cutting-edge technology that our company uses.What you'll be doing:Train others in cutting-edge technology. You are a professional technologist that can take complex subjects and explain them to othersUse research to identify and anticipate training needs for an organizationRecommend the use of new technologies for the delivery of trainingFacilitate training for groups and individuals on all types of technologyEvaluates feedback and tailors training content to better align with the company goalsEngages in conversations with customers and technical resources to assist in training and remove blockers to learningTinker with training methodologies to see what one works for everyoneHelp us to make solve problems with the technology we are implementing and the training surrounding itSkills we're seeking:Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience in technical trainingFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS)Experience with Wikis and ConfluenceExperience building technology focused trainingStrong communication skillsNice to have skills:Experience working with customer success teamsExperience building on-boarding programs
