Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.Active Georgia license in Speech-Language Pathology required.Current CPR certification required.Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle required. Daily travel to patient homes and travel to more than one location within a shift expected.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience with assessment and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments in home health or related settings preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1600.Work Days: Monday through Friday, 5 days per week.Shift Start/End Time: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (client-specified).Dress Code: Scrubs or business attire required.
