If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!Accounting Clerk Job Duties but not limited to:Assists accountants and accounting managers in handling the accounting department's workflow.Makes ledger entries and ensure accuracy of all transactions.Data Entry into OpenInvoice.Process billing.Answer phones and assist clients.Accounting Clerk Skills and Qualifications:Attention to detail a must, Strong analytical skills, Knowledge of accounting terminology, Experience with different filing systems, Ability to keep various accounts straight and organized by project or personnel, understanding of what information accountants need to do their jobs, Mathematical skills, administrative skills, Organizational skills, Communication skills, Data entry skills.Additional Requirements: 1 to 3 years of accounting experience. Proficient in Microsoft programs. Pay for this position is $18.00-$20.00/hour DOE and is a temporary job opportunity Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
