At Hands of Hope, we provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation and integrated pain management services. Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations and an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and confirm patient appointments efficientlyMaintain accurate patient recordsCommunicate with patients via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathyCoordinate care between therapists, providers, and patientsMaintain HIPAA compliance and confidentialityAssist with documentation and administrative reporting as neededSupport front desk workflow and daily clinic operationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferredExperience with EMR or medical scheduling software preferredStrong understanding of medical terminologyExcellent phone etiquette and customer service skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation & BenefitsHourly Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour(Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)Benefits include:Paid Vacation daysOpportunities for growth and advancement401(K)Supportive team environmentEqual Employment Opportunity StatementHands of Hope Physical Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
