Join a dynamic group of trailblazers paving the way for payment fairness in the healthcare industry.Our Ideal CandidateAs Vice President of Data & Product, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s data management strategy, supporting data governance, data quality, metadata capture, and all other aspects of data management. You will collaborate with various departments to develop innovative solutions, integrate AI technologies into existing processes, and ensure alignment with corporate goals, ultimately driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and improving work processes. Additionally, you will help promote adopting data management principles and create results that enhance our data quality, efficiency, insights, and capacity to address business problems. In this role, you will be reporting to the Chief Data Scientist.Responsibilitieso   Manage Data Architecture, Data Lifecycle, Data Quality, Security, Access Controls, Governance o   Own the data product portfolio and development roadmap including existing WellRithms productso   Responsible for ETL of large external data setso   Produce data analytic layers and operational data products for scalable consumptiono   Integrate developed capabilities into new Enterprise Productso   Manage data engineering and advanced analytics team o   Oversee development of a scalable data stack and tech stacko   Drive the corporate data strategy and roadmapo   Lead development of Semantic Layer and Semantic Modelso   Collaborate with AI team to label data and create data setso   Collaborate with Compliance Team to ensure HIPAA data security and privacy protocolso   Develop secure file management system governed by central catalog and accessQualificationso   Master’s or PhD in computer science, data science, business management, or related fields.o   10+ years in data strategy, engineering, product management, and analytic product development.o   Cloud architecture experience is required (specifically, the AWS cloud product suite).o   Documented experience developing data architecture and data/tech stacks data product management in supporting AI/ML products.o   Experienced in dimensional and relational data models.o   Experience with Semantic Modeling is a must.o   Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Data Visualization.o   Working knowledge of healthcare data is a plus.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSSupporting the people working for transformation is important to us, which is why we provide benefits including:Generous health, dental, and vision coverage.                           A company-funded health savings account.Life insurance.                                                                                    A 401(k)-savings plan supported by a company contribution.Generous paid time off.                                                                   Professional training and development.Company-funded professional coaching.                                     Options to work remotely, in-office, or a hybrid schedule.Classification: Salary ExemptStatus: Full-time Regular
