You'll support our clients through the full solar value chain including: design & engineering, contracting & procurement, and project execution.In addition, you will work in cooperation with our worldwide network of consultants to shape McKinsey's thinking in this area, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the firm. You'll also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Consultants receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams.You will be based in one of our North America offices as part of McKinsey's Capital Excellence service line.Our Capital Excellence service line assists our clients in solving the world's toughest problems. We provide a unique set of tools and techniques to help clients identify opportunities that represent a robust set of value propositions across the entire CapEx value chain.Undergraduate degree in engineering; advanced degree or MBA is preferred10+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impactExperience working in construction renewablesSignificant construction experience with an EPCHave worked on large-sized projectsWillingness to travel up to 80%
