Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently - Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience - Process payments using POS systems or cash registers - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Skills - Strong guest relations skills - Ability to upsell and increase sales - Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and bill calculations - Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus - Knowledge of fine dining etiquette is advantageous - Understanding of food safety protocols - Familiarity with food handling procedures - Competency in operating a cash register Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $9.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 42 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Paid training Shift: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Ability to Relocate: Gloucester, MA 01930: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
