This full-time role offers an enriching opportunity to use your expertise across school-based OT, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy environments—making a meaningful difference every day.As an onsite occupational therapist, you'll be an essential member of a dedicated special education team, collaborating with teachers, families, and clinicians to ensure students have access to the services they need to thrive. The position is Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours weekly.Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current California OT licensureSchool-based OT experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with home health OT, healthcare OT, and teletherapy service modelsStrong communication and record-keeping skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamOpen to working onsite with high school aged students throughout the academic yearPrimary Responsibilities:Evaluate students' needs and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver direct therapy to high school students with diverse needsConsult with educators and families to support student progressParticipate in IEP meetings and document services in accordance with school and legal guidelinesAdapt therapy approaches as needed for home health and teletherapy delivery as requiredThis is a rewarding contract opportunity to have a lasting impact in the school setting.
