The Role We’re looking for a Retail Operations Manager to lead and scale operations across all Sockerbit retail locations. This person will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational consistency, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience across every store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to turn retail stores into high-performing assets.
