Refrigeration Service Technician

As the industry continues to evolve, we have kept pace in order to serve the needs of our customers and the Montana marketplace.*Job Role: Great Falls Experienced HVAC Service Technician *Some of the day-to-day activities and responsibilities include:Utilizing great internal and external customer communicationImplementing problem solving, organizing, and preparedness skillsInterpret blueprints, schematics, manuals and other specifications to determine service, repair, and preventative maintenance proceduresExplain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to customersEnsure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments, check-in & check-out proceduresPlace a high value on quality of workmanship, attention to detail and safe work practices for self and teamOccasional availability for after hours, weekend, and holiday service responseTravel as necessary that may require overnight stays (not typical)*Qualifications*Current valid driver's license and clean driving recordSubmit to a criminal history check and obtain clearance from the state based on the state requirementsPlace a high value on quality of workmanship, attention to detail and safe work practices for self and othersSuperior customer service skillsHigh sense of personal accountabilityEPA 608 refrigerant licenseProficient computer skills, including MS Office, email and networkingSelf-motivatedKnowledge of HVAC Equipment, with a minimum of 5 years' experienceStrong ability to diagnose equipment and determine if repair and maintenance work is needed or not; and ability to keep records of work done, etc.Experience and troubleshooting skills with BMS systems is a plus*Physical Requirements*o Ability to lift 50 lbs.o Sitting, bending, and kneelingo Occasional work in confined spaces (crawl spaces & attic spaces)o Ability to climb ladders and perform job duties at required heights*Company Core Values:*· *Remember, some things aren't for sale (Honesty, integrity, and your soul top the list.) *o We make a commitment, we keep it.
