Treasury Management Sales Officer (#22-09)

Treasury Management Sales Officer Location: Midland, TX or Odessa, TX Markets Job Functions: Principally responsible for coordinating treasury sales activities/service with Business Bankers and Commercial Lenders. Provide business development to pursue treasury-only relationships and expanding existing client relationships. Educate Business Bankers and Commercial Lenders in treasury management to promote high cross-sell ratio when marketing new opportunities, and also educate on new products. Provide proactive assessment of potential exposure risk and coordinate the appropriate financial disclosure to underwrite risk. Lead pricing and negotiation of treasury services to optimize profitability. Provide annual treasury reviews with client. Network in the community and areas that broaden Bank influence and business development success. Key Qualifications: High level of accuracy and good time-management Proven familiarity and skill in business development, networking, planning, and organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. History of excellence in consultative sales, closing sales, marketing, negotiations and building long-term client relationships. Skilled at presentation delivery. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience 5+ years Treasury sales experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
