School Based Community Case Manager

Past experience working with children helpful must be comfortable working with & setting boundaries with children that suffer from mental illness (ages 2-18) ability to prioritize work appropriately and work independently solid foundation of computers is required requires some flexibility with schedule, as some days can vary based on the needs of the patients and organization must have valid driver’s license and be insurable through Prairie View insurance company must be able to pass extensive background checks. The right candidate will be patient, organized, and have the motivation to provide caring and competent case management services to their assigned school based on the patient's treatment plan.
