Position: IBM CMOD EngineerLocation: RemoteLong Term ContractJob SummaryLooking for an IBM CMOD Support Engineer with strong production support and troubleshooting experience. The candidate must have very good knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 support for IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).Troubleshoot CMOD application, document ingestion, retrieval, and batch-processing issues.Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and support activities.Monitor jobs, logs, system processes, and scheduled activities.Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.Coordinate with application, database, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in IBM CMOD.Excellent Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting skills (mandatory).Good knowledge of Unix commands, file systems, permissions, and job scheduling.Basic knowledge of SQL/Databases.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
