Find more information at www.litmos.com.The Role:Identify and qualify new logo prospects through inbound leads and outbound prospectingCreate and manage prospecting initiatives to generate new qualified opportunities to build sales pipelineConducting high level qualifying conversations with our core audience in a consultative approach using video conferencing tools or phone.Following up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects within defined territories/vertical segmentsIdentifying key buying influencers within prospects to determine budget and timelineDevelop proposals, respond to RFP's, and conduct sales presentations online and in person.Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet monthly/quarterly/annual quota requirementsNavigate through complex negotiations at an executive levelGenerate new accounts and close sales opportunities using your superior presentation, management, and negotiation skillsBuild cross-departmental trusted relationships with colleagues and customersYour Experience:Proven new business hunter with a track record of success (2+ Years)SaaS software sales experienceSolutions Sales experienceStrong prospecting and qualification skillsLearning Management System (LMS) experience is a plusSuccessful experience in multichannel go-to-market model Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or IT-related disciplineExceptional sales fundamental skills including needs diagnosis, storytelling, objection handling, answering difficult questions, and navigating the process to close businessAbility to continuously learn our product and customize demo/conversation to fit prospects' needsCoachable and accountableAbility to serve as a trusted advisor to customersStrong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with a strong drive for resultsStrong analytical and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of a sales methodology, such as Challenger, Miller Heiman or Empire SellingAbility to manage territory and pipeline within SalesforceSalary: $80,000 - $90,000 base, $160,000 - $180,000 OTEBenefits Litmos offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to: Health, dental, and vision insurance  Paid Time Off Retirement savings plan (401k) with company match  Life insurance  Short term & Long-term Disability   Paid family leave  Employee assistance programs (EAP) As a learning company we believe in the potential of everyone; if you don't have experience in all the details mentioned in this job post, then we still encourage you to apply and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.We are an equal opportunity workplace employer.
