Solutions Engineers proactively engage with the area sales teams to establish and build relationships with the civil engineering customers, to function as a technical resource to the Customer and Engineers, and to meet the commercial objectives of the company.Job LocationThis position is remote based in the United States.Job ResponsibilitiesDetermine and develop most effective site solution utilizing a suite of Stormwater product offeringsPresent project-specific solutions to civil engineering specifiersProvide design calculations and drawings for integration into civil engineering plans to secure product solutions on site plansRespond to civil engineers on project-specific inquiries and industry questions including local stormwater regulationsEstablish and maintain rapport with civil engineer specifiersSupport area and internal team members to achieve team goalsAssist sales team during the project bid phase by providing design review and confirming appropriate product solution designPartner with local manufacturing facilities to drive standard designs with focus on utilization of available form assetsProvide project and technical support for submittal drawings, calculations, regulatory approvals, production, and product deliveryMaintain engineering standards and procedures for the teamRecording project information accuratelyOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering4+ years experience with solid technical background in drainage design, water resources, land development, or similar fieldAbility to prepare and review standard engineering documentation and plansCapable of interpreting and executing regulatory-guided site design requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communicator and organizedEnthusiasm and passion for the business and achieving organizational goalsCollaborator with ability to share thoughts openly, accept new ideas, and get the job done in a highly interactive processAverage lead time by deliverableBacklog managementSpecification rate within areaProfessional Engineering License (Preferred)Experience with: AutoCAD, BIM, SWMM, Microsoft Office, HydroCAD (Preferred)CompensationTarget salary is $90,000.00 to $105,000.00Yearly 10% target bonus eligible401(k) plan / group retirement savings programShort-term and long-term disability benefitsLife insuranceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
