Accounts Payable Specialist

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with 3+ years of accounts payable experience to join our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist must detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume invoice processing while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This Accounts Payable role requires strong communication skills and a professional, people-focused approach when working with vendors and internal teams. This position is hybrid remote with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.Key Responsibilities:+ Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.+ Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and payment requests.+ Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments.+ Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is current and complete.+ Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies professionally.+ Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing activities.+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approvals.+ Support process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.Requirements+ 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required.
