At Falconer, we’re transforming how engineers create, access, and share knowledge. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help us build an AI-powered knowledge platform that companies love.Key responsibilities:Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, visually appealing and responsive web applicationsDevelop and maintain frontend and backend systems including API services, databases, and server-side logicOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry best practices—the Falconer platform will help you!Who you are:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in developing web-based applicationsProficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and WebSocketsExperience with server-side languages (we'll gravitate towards Python and Node.js)You enjoy hard problems and open-ended assignmentsBonus points:Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)You've developed products with LLMs before (extra if you've already built your own agents)You know your way around AWS or Google CloudPerks and benefits:Generous equity packageCompetitive salary and benefits401(k) retirement accountThe best equipment and tools, like a spec'd out MacBook, and dev prod tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Linear to help you move fastOur office is in San Francisco, just steps from CaltrainCompensation Range: $125K - $175K
