This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of supplier interaction, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement.You will focus on:Managing supplier relationships and resolving escalationsSupporting procurement operations and execution activitiesMaintaining accurate master data in procurement systemsDriving cost savings and value improvement initiativesContributing to continuous improvement effortsQualificationsBachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcingBasic contractingEnterprise systems (ERP/P2P tools)Spot buying or transactional procurementExperienceExperience in life sciences, diagnostics, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with SAP or similar ERP systemsExperience with eSourcing toolsBackground in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisionsAbility to identify risks and support recommendations with insightsExperience supporting or executing negotiation strategiesEffective communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into procurement actionsStrong organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlinesComfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
