This is a non-exempt, hourly position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.Shipping & Order FulfillmentUse voice-picking technology to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer ordersAssemble and verify orders for accuracy and quality before shipmentLoad outbound shipments and process orders using the Infor/CSD/WMS platformReceiving & Inventory ControlUnload and inspect inbound merchandise for accuracy and qualityCheck in products against purchase orders and apply SKU labelsMove, sort, and store materials in designated locations for efficient retrievalForklift & Equipment OperationSafely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers after successful completion of company-provided training and OSHA-required certificationTransport, stack, and store pallets following all safety guidelinesInventory ManagementAssist with physical inventory and scheduled cycle countsIdentify and report inventory discrepanciesMaintain organized storage areas to support operational efficiencySafety & HousekeepingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWear required PPE including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and glovesFollow all safety policies and report hazards or equipment issues immediatelyWork safely in indoor, outdoor, hot, and cold environmentsGeneral ResponsibilitiesFollow company policies and supervisor instructionsCollaborate with team members to meet productivity goalsPerform additional duties as assignedMaintain a positive, customer-focused attitudeWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredMinimum 3 months of warehouse experience or equivalent training/educationTraining provided for candidates new to warehousingSkills & AbilitiesBasic English reading and writing skills sufficient to understand safety instructions, labels, and operating procedures. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Strong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable, punctual, and safety-focusedPhysical RequirementsThe physical requirements represent the essential functions of the role.
