You'll translate S&OP-driven demand plans into executable supply strategies while optimizing working capital and maintaining strict food safety compliance in a shelf-life–sensitive environment.What You'll Be DoingDrive materials planning and production scheduling to ensure uninterrupted product supplyOversee customer order fulfillment and service performance for the siteLead warehouse operations — inventory accuracy, expense management, and P&LChampion correct use of ERP/MRP planning functions and data integrityManage working capital for raw materials and finished goods; minimize scrap and obsolescenceDevelop KPI metrics and communicate cross-functionally with Sales, QA, Operations, and ProcurementLead, develop, and manage Production Planners, Materials Buyers, Inventory Control, and Warehouse ManagersWhat We NeedBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field7–15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experienceStrong background in food manufacturing planning, scheduling, and warehouse operations — requiredExpert-level MRP knowledge and ERP experience — D365 strongly preferredExperience managing working capital in a shelf-life sensitive operationCPIM certification (APICS/ASCM) preferred📩 Interested and qualified?
