About the Role
We are seeking a technically proficient Technical Support Specialist to join our small but growing manufacturing company. This position focuses on customer support, product testing, and creating high-quality technical documentation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills (particularly with Linux systems and networking) with excellent communication abilities and a passion for helping customers succeed with our products.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring both independent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork. You'll work closely with our customer support team to ensure our customers receive exceptional technical support and clear, accurate documentation.
