Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Watch Maker/Horologist located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Watch Maker/Horologist will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing watches and clocks with a focus on precision and quality. Daily tasks include disassembling, cleaning, assembling, and calibrating timepieces, as well as performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy and functionality. The role also involves working with intricate watch mechanisms and addressing customer concerns with utmost professionalism and expertise. Qualifications Expertise in Watch Repair and maintenance of timekeeping devicesExperience working with Clocks and Watches, understanding their unique mechanismsHigh Level of Accuracy and attention to detail in performing delicate repairsAbility to conduct Quality Control assessments to ensure functionality and standardsStrong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesExceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsRelevant certifications in horology or extensive professional experience in watchmakingStrong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
