Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and possess a keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks to meet project specifications and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment according to project requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Perform welding tasks on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Conduct inspections of welds to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards. Maintain welding equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project timelines are met. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Demonstrate ability to weld gauges of steel, stainless steel aluminum from 22 gauge through to 3/16 for sheeting and plating weld needs. Qualifications: 5 years of proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
