The team operates like a startup within a larger organization — fast‐moving, experimental, and scaling prototypes that already have enterprise adoption momentum.This is a rare opportunity to join early, take true ownership of agentic AI systems in production, and shape how security teams leverage autonomous workflows for real‐world impact.What You'll DoDesign, build, and ship production‐grade AI agents — from reasoning and planning to tool invocation and multi‐step orchestration.Transform R&D prototypes into reliable services: instrumentation, evaluation, monitoring, and iteration.Integrate agents with real tools, APIs, and live security data sources.Collaborate with security engineers and product teams to identify and automate the most valuable workflows.Own architecture decisions end‐to‐end, taking ideas from concept → demo → production deployment.What We're Looking ForHands‐on experience building agentic AI systems beyond demos — planning, memory, tool use, and error recovery.Proficiency with at least one orchestration framework (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent).Familiarity with offensive security or red‐team concepts is a plus, but not required.LocationSan Francisco preferred (remote flexibility available).Compensation$275k – $350k+ base salary , plus meaningful equity and benefits.Principal IC scope with high autonomy and visibility.At CodeRed Partners, we're deeply committed to working with equal‐opportunity employers and helping to build a diverse, inclusive workforce.
