Lead Systems Engineer
Overview
In this role you will shape Humana’s Windows technology strategy and execution across multiple business lines. You will lead design and implementation of enterprise Windows solutions with a focus on Intune and ConfigMgr, aligning with security, privacy, and continuity needs. You’ll partner with Architecture, Product Management, and Experience & Design to scale Windows capabilities across Home Health and Primary Care. You drive impactful, cross-functional initiatives and modernization in a healthcare context. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on employee experience and device security.

Responsibilitiesguide strategic direction, design, and implementation of Windows solutions across the enterpriseoversee multiple systems and projects including policy management, compliance, and automationimplement business continuity and oversee Windows device system security, privacy, and backup processesdrive Windows solution expansion across Humana’s lines of business and partner with Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Designwork closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs
Key requirements5 years of Windows endpoint management leveraging Group Policy, ConfigMgr, or Intune3 years implementing new technologies through Proof of Concepts/Values2 years managing Edge browser via Group Policy, Intune, or Edge Management Service3 years configuring OEM hardware, BIOS, drivers, and security settings for Windows endpoints3 years deploying Windows via OSD, Autopilot, or virtual platforms (Hyper-V, eSX, Windows 365/AVD)2 years automating via PowerShell, Python, or other automation languagesleadership and stakeholder collaborationability to work cross-functionally in a complex environmentstrong communication and problem-solving skillsIntuneConfigMgr (SCCM)Group Policy
