Lead Systems Engineer

Overview In this role you will shape Humana’s Windows technology strategy and execution across multiple business lines. You will lead design and implementation of enterprise Windows solutions with a focus on Intune and ConfigMgr, aligning with security, privacy, and continuity needs. You’ll partner with Architecture, Product Management, and Experience & Design to scale Windows capabilities across Home Health and Primary Care. You drive impactful, cross-functional initiatives and modernization in a healthcare context. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on employee experience and device security.
