Banquet Operations Manager - Hilton Boston Park Plaza

Hilton Boston Park Plaza is looking to welcome a Banquet Manager to help lead their team! This property is conveniently located downtown steps away from the Public Garden, Theater District, and many of the city's most popular historic sites. Boasting 1,060 rooms, 4 outlets, and 70,000+ square feet of meeting space.This position will report to the Director of Banquets and will oversee a union banquet team (20+ team members).The ideal candidate holds 3+ years experience in Banquets and Banquet Set-up in a hotel with 500+ rooms and 50,000+ square feet of meeting/event space. Current manager or supervisor looking for their next step. Prior experience managing a union team is preferred. Ability to work the required shifts.Shift Pattern: Full availability (AM/PM/Overnight) Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed.
