The RN will provide direct patient care to cardiac and medical-surgical patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, adaptable, and committed to delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patientsMonitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient conditionAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teamsMaintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMREnsure patient safety and adherence to hospital protocolsParticipate in patient education and discharge planningWork every other weekend and assigned holidays as requiredRequired QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio or Compact eligible)Minimum accredited nursing degree (ACEN or CCNE approved program)Current BLS certificationCurrent ACLS certificationNIH Stroke Scale Certification (preferred/required per facility)Minimum 1 year recent telemetry or acute care experienceExperience with Epic EMR required (within last 12 months must be documented)About Encode INCAt Encode, we empower organizations and individuals through innovative, human-centric workforce and technology solutions.
