Client Expense Processing Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Client Expense & Optional Service Processing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily intake, prioritization, and workflow management for client expense and optional service requests
Ensure service levels and quality standards are met by managing staffing and schedules according to business demand
Coach and develop team members while monitoring operational performance and driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client expense or related operational processing roles
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Experience in a high-volume, queue-based environment with shifting priorities
Strong knowledge of workflow management tools, particularly Wrike
Ability to collaborate across teams for operational consistency and process improvement
