Commercial Title Proforma Specialist

A leading national title insurance and escrow company is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Title Proforma Specialist to support their growing commercial title team. This individual will manage complex commercial title proformas, including multi-site transactions, endorsements, and exclusions. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with East Coast commercial transactions and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have strong technical knowledge, exceptional client service skills, and the drive to grow with a dynamic and collaborative firm, this is the role for you.Commercial Title Proforma Specialist Responsibilities:Prepare and manage commercial proformas weekly for multifamily, construction, and complex transactionsGather, review, and complete necessary documents for title insurance commitmentsCoordinate with underwriters and clients regarding endorsements and exclusionsReview closing instructions and deliver executed documents to all transaction partiesFinalize and maintain accurate settlement statementsEnsure timely receipt and recording of all necessary documentsMaintain accurate data and workflow updates in internal systemsCollaborate with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to resolve title discrepanciesSupport general commercial title work when not focused on proformasTravel to headquarters in Pennsylvania for initial trainingCommercial Title Proforma Specialist Requirements:3-4+ years of experience with a commercial title company or underwriter80%+ experience in commercial real estate title transactions, East Coast preferredProficient in handling exclusions and endorsements such as ALTA 9s, ALTA 28, and mezzanine financingExperience with multi-site transactions and construction loan proformasStrong understanding of title policy coverage, exceptions, and requirementsClient-facing communication experience with underwriters and stakeholdersProficiency in preparing proformas and coordinating endorsementsStrong working knowledge of SoftPro, Outlook, and document tracking systemsDetail-oriented with excellent follow-up and deadline managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in mentoring or supporting team members is preferredFamiliarity with transitioning systems is a plusComfortable in a high-performance, client-focused teamBenefits:Comprehensive medical benefitsDental and vision insurance401(k) with company matchNegotiable PTOParental leave, employee discounts, and EAPBonus potentialAnnual company-wide partyApply now!
