Full Stack Engineer PositionMust skills: Nodejs, JavaScript, Typescript, Jest, Redux, React, GitMust Domain: Retail Client Experience or Retail Domain Experience or Ex-Walmart Must.Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities Full stack engineer position will be responsible for hands-on development as well as lead the development of Next Generation Enterprise solutions for Global eCommerce. SE will be responsible for application development in support of the multi-platform roadmap. Responsible for application architecture, ensure high performance, scalability and availability for those applications. Areas of responsibility include:Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standardsDrives technical vision and influences product roadmap and visionImplement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projectsLeads the discovery phase of large projects to develop high level designSupervises the work of cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore associatesDirects root cause analysis of critical business and production issuesDocuments testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvementsInfluences decisions, builds consensus, and resolves conflicts constructively and proactivelySupports business objectives and ensures the business needs are being metMinimum Qualifications • Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of JavaScript writing with NO HELP (5+ years) • Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of TypeScript writing and ability to work with old and new typescript with NO HELP (5+ years) • Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of NodeJs (5+ years) • Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Jest (5+ years) • Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Redux (5+ years) • Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of React (5+ years) • Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Git (5+ years) • For staff level ability to design and deliver complex large system from vague requirement within tight deadline. • Excel both in operational and engineering excellence. • Excellent communicator both in verbal and writing.
