Key Details Start Date: February 1, 2025 Contract Length: Ongoing until a permanent provider is hired Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM ??? 5:00 PM Call rotation every 3rd or 4th week Observed holidays included in coverage Work Environment Provide services across two acute care hospitals and an outpatient center. Patient population includes all ages. Bread-and-butter interventional radiology procedures with up to 25% diagnostic imaging in workflow. Support from two additional interventional radiologists. Requirements Board Certification: Required Licenses & Certifications: Must hold an active state medical license, DEA, and CSR. Fellowship training is mandatory. Experience: Must be competent in diagnostic imaging studies (MR, CT, US, Nuclear Medicine). References: Three references required (one MD and two peers). Other: Candidates must adhere to the tobacco- and nicotine-free policy. Additional Information Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days. COVID-19 vaccine is required (no exemptions).
