Description What You'll DoThe Kitchen Porter will be responsible for supporting the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food prep, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to keeping the kitchen environment organized and sanitary.Responsibilities include:Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks (washing, peeling, chopping, etc.)Ensure ingredients are properly stored and the kitchen remains well-stockedWash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and kitchen environmentAssist with cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment during and after shiftsHandle waste disposal, recycling, and stock rotation according to company standardsFollow all food safety and sanitation proceduresReport any safety concerns or equipment issues promptlySupport the culinary team with various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operationsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a kitchen environment is a plus, but not requiredFood Handler Certification preferred (required after hire)Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practicesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailTeam player with excellent communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksWhy Join Inpro?At Inpro, we take care of our people.
