The Investment Banking Intern will support the team across live transactions and business development initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and client-facing materials, while working closely with senior team members.Interns will gain practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and market research in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of financial models, including basic operating models and valuation analysesConduct company, industry, and market research to support client engagements and business development effortsAssist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documentsHelp support transaction execution, including due diligence and data room organizationAnalyze financial statements and key business metricsParticipate in internal discussions and contribute to strategic analysis for client projects QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (expected graduation: 2028–2029 preferred)Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or a related field is a plus, but not requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated interest in investment banking and working with founder-led businesses What We OfferHands-on experience working on live deals and strategic projectsDirect exposure to senior leadership and mentorship from experienced professionalsCollaborative, entrepreneurial team environmentCompetitive hourly compensationOpportunity to be considered for a full-time role following graduation
