Studio Project Coordinator | Luxury Residential Interior Design | Wellington, FLWe are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established luxury residential interior design firm, seeking a high-energy, positive-mind Studio Project Coordinator to support their growing design team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes- highly organized, detail-driven, and excited to support designers in delivering beautiful, thoughtful homes.You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment, providing critical administrative and design support across all phases of residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging interior design professional who enjoys structure, teamwork, and supporting the interior design team.What You'll DoProvide administrative and organizational support to the design team across multiple residential projectsAssist designers with project documentation, scheduling, and coordinationSupport the preparation of presentations, client materials, and design boardsHelp manage FF&E specifications, vendor information, pricing, and lead timesMaintain organized records, samples, libraries, and digital project filesCoordinate with vendors and showrooms regarding materials, furniture, and finishesSupport purchasing, expediting, and tracking of orders to ensure timely deliveryAct as a collaborative team member, ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and on budgetQualificationsProject management and organizational skills to effectively oversee timelines, schedules, budgets, and project tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teamsKnowledge of basic interior design principles, materials, and furniture sourcing a plusAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve, as needed.Proficiency in design software (Design Manager a plus, but not required) and project management tools, as well as proficiency with computer software and programs like Microsoft Office SuiteProblem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentExperience in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a plus, but not requiredBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field is a plus, but not requiredThis position requires on-site attendance at local and out-of-state installsWhy This RoleWork alongside a talented design team on high-end residential projectsGain exposure to all phases of luxury interior designBe part of a collaborative, supportive studio cultureGrow your administrative and coordinating skills in a professional environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
