This opportunity offers meaningful autonomy, strong clinical support, and the chance to provide high-impact, real-world care.An experienced SLP interested in serving as the primary therapist throughout the full episode of care from evaluation through discharge.Available for approximately 10–20 hours per week, typically serving 2–3 consistent clients.Passionate about functional, real-world rehabilitation delivered beyond traditional clinic walls.Ready to support clients as they transition back to meaningful daily activities, including:Independently managing and picking up prescriptionsReturning to drivingTransitioning back to workParticipating in yoga, light hiking, and community activitiesA clinician who thrives with professional autonomy while valuing collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, LCSWs, and other rehabilitation professionals.We don't limit therapy to staged environments. By bringing the outpatient experience directly to our clients, we help ensure carryover, relevance, and stronger functional outcomes.This role is W2 PRN not 1099, offering:Organizational and clinical supportPayroll consistency and liability coverageAccess to education, leadership, and collaborative team resourcesPRN flexibility with the stability of an established neurorehabilitation programFlexible Schedule Created by You – Designed collaboratively with each client.Hourly Pay – Paid for your time, not just visits.In-Person, 1:1 Therapy with indirect work completed from home (documentation & communication).Continuity of Care as the Primary Therapist from evaluation through discharge.Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration & Co-Treat OpportunitiesDrive Time Paid at Your Clinical Rate + Mileage ReimbursementNo Weekend ShiftsEducational Program AccessGrowth & Advancement Opportunities, we'd love to connect.Apply today and experience Rehab Without Walls where outpatient therapy meets real life.What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans of patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disordersRegularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferencesPerform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resourcesCommunicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family membersCommunicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomesWhat you will need:Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology programValid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practiceCurrent CPR Certification in accordance with state regulationsA minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language PathologistDemonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferredCommunicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactionsAbility to lift 50 poundsMoving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety proceduresDuties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periodsAdditional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at timesA health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodationsRehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
