IT Support Technician

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Support the people who run the campus: workstations, badges, phones, AV, and office systems for a growing workforce. *What you'll do:* * Provision and support employee workstations and accounts * Support badging, printers, phones, and AV systems * Triage helpdesk tickets and escalate to corporate IT * Maintain asset inventory for end-user equipment * Support onboarding technology setup *What you'll bring:* * 2+ years IT support/helpdesk experience * Windows/Mac and basic networking fluency * Customer-service mindset * CompTIA A+ or equivalent valued _Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly._ Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
